Our approach to development planning is to explore alternative scenarios for realising the private objectives in the context of broad public policy. Through this process issues of land use, built form and the public realm are studied in an iterative manner. The goal being to find optimal development patterns which meet the current and evolving needs of the market without compromising the public realm.
